In addition to IK Carlstad, 9 other teams played in Div 3 Nationella spel . They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IK Carlstad could be found in Group B together with parasportlund, Grunden BOIS C, Vimmerby IF and Trollhättans IF.
IK Carlstad made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Halmstads BK, which they won with 3-2.
